The MV EX-1512 is built with heavy composite construction and a massive 41/2 inch thick door loaded with up to 5 angled hard plates and a glass relocking device to provide premium burglary protection. • Up to five, 1/4 inch hardplates mounted at angles inside the door and body to provide maximum drill attack prevention.
• Tempered glass plate relocker to protect against attacks on the lock.
• Mechanical relocker for additional security.
• Extra heavy duty bolt work.
• A reinforced solid continuous dead bolt locks on the hinge side of the door ensuring security even if the hinges are cut off.
• 1/8″ intumescent door seal that swells at high temperatures to seal the door from fire, smoke, and water.

Construction

• Solid composite construction.
• 4 1/2″ thick door.
• 2″ thick body.
• 1/4″ drill resistant hard plate in the door and under key portions of the bolt work.
  MV-1512 & MV-2116 have a total of 3 hard plates guarding the boltwork.
  MV-2916 & MV-3516 have a total of 5 hard plates guarding the boltwork.
• Relocking devices attached to a glass plate to protect against drill attacks.
• 11/8″ diameter bolts.
• Reinforced full length, hinge side locking bar.
